1. Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed once a deposit (or full payment, depending on the trip) is received and acknowledged by our team in writing. Prices are quoted per person and may vary based on group size, season, and selected services.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation terms vary by trip and supplier (hotels, cruises, internal flights). Our team will confirm the specific cancellation policy for your itinerary at the time of booking, in writing.

3. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to modify an itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, site closures, safety considerations), while making every reasonable effort to provide an equivalent experience.

4. Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for holding a valid passport, any required visas, and appropriate travel insurance for the duration of their trip.

5. Liability

Egypt History Tours acts as an intermediary between travelers and third-party service providers (hotels, transport, cruises) and is not liable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
